無故障率 (No Fault Found Rate)

NFFは、故障以外の理由によるスペアパーツの要求の割合を表すオプションの入力変数です(パーツあるいはエンドアイテム/パーツデータ)。NFFは大抵の場合、故障分離技術の不明確グループあるいは修理でのエラーによって発生します。それは、指定されたMTBFのパーツによって生まれる要求を調整するために使用されます。

数値は、以下の計算で得られるMRR6の数値を修正するために使用されます。

デューティサイクルはオプション入力です。NFFがブランクになっていると数値は0に設定されます。データセットでMRR6フィールドに数値があれば、NFFの数値は何の影響もありません。

NFF (No Fault Found Rate) （無故障率）

NFF is an optional input variable (Parts, or End Item/Part Data) representing the proportion of demands for a spare part which arise for some reason other than a failure. NFF is usually generated by ambiguity groups in fault isolation techniques or by error in repair. It is used to adjust the demands generated by a part of a given MTBF.

The value is used to modify the value of MRR6 obtained from the following calculation:

Duty cycle is an optional input.  If NFF is left blank, the value is be set to 0. Its value will have no effect if the data set contains a value in the MRR6 field.
